Wax Melt Care & Instructions

How to Use Your Wax Melts

Step 1: Place 1-2 wax melt cubes into your electric or tea light wax warmer.
Step 2: Turn on your warmer and enjoy as the fragrance fills your room.
Step 3: Each melt provides 8-12 hours of beautiful scent. Replace when fragrance fades.

Pro tip: Mix and match scents to create your own custom fragrance blends!

Removing & Changing Wax

Easy removal method: Turn off your warmer and let the wax cool for 1-2 minutes (it should still be soft, not hardened). Gently pop out the wax or use a paper towel to absorb and wipe clean.

Alternative method: Place warmer in freezer for 10-15 minutes. The wax will harden and pop out easily.

Candle Care & Instructions

First Burn is Critical

The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn for 2-4 hours or until the entire top surface melts to the edges. This creates a "memory ring" and prevents tunneling, ensuring an even burn every time.

Trim Your Wick

Before each use, trim the wick to ¼ inch. This prevents smoking, uneven burning, and ensures a clean, steady flame. Use wick trimmers or scissors.

Burn Time Guidelines

  • Minimum: Burn for at least 1 hour per inch of diameter
  • Maximum: Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time
  • Allow candle to cool completely before relighting

Safety Tips for Candles

  • Never leave burning candles unattended
  • Keep away from drafts, vents, and fans - this causes uneven burning
  • Place on stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets
  • Stop use when ½ inch of wax remains - burning beyond this can overheat the container
  • Never move a burning candle - wait until wax has cooled

Maximizing Candle Life

Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches, and debris. Use a candle snuffer to extinguish flames instead of blowing them out - this prevents smoking and wax splatter.

General Safety & Care

  • Never add water to wax melts or candles
  • Use only in approved warmers or containers
  • Keep on heat-safe surfaces away from flammable materials
  • Not for consumption

Getting the Best Scent Throw

For maximum fragrance impact, use your products in smaller, well-ventilated rooms. Larger spaces may require multiple candles or warmers. Avoid placing near open windows or air vents, as this can disperse the scent too quickly.

Storage Tips

Store unused products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve fragrance quality. Keep candles covered when not in use to prevent dust buildup.
